World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action

World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) is a global network of individuals and organisations concerned with the protection, promotion and support of breastfeeding worldwide. In 2011, WABA celebrates its 20th Year, as a global mobilizer for public health and social justice. One of WABA's main programme is World Breastfeeding Week, now in it's 19th year, which is now celebrated in over 170 countries annually.
